A Call for Volunteers

Our organization is an all volunteer organization and we need helping hands. By donating only 5 to 20 hours a month you can help us maintain our website, write and edit publications, help us maintain our book inventory, or pack books for shipping. You may have very special talents in fundraising and want to donate your time and talents. If you are professional accountant or attorney you can provide our organization with a specified number of pro-bono hours per year. There is something for everyone to do and all talent levels are welcome to participate in the growth of the Roads to Reading Initiative.

Our organization is a true grass-roots organization whose mission is to provide children and organizations that serve in underserved communities with quality reading materials. Are you retired or a student that wants to give something back to the community where you study, or a person who works full-time and has few hours a month to spare? Well, if your situation fits into any of these categories, the Roads to Reading Initiative wants to speak to you. You may volunteer two hours a month to twenty hours a month.
